Patient-Centered Spine Care
At the Spine Center, we are dedicated to identifying the best, individualized treatment for your specific condition and lifestyle, so that you have a fast recovery with less pain.
Our spine experts meet with patients at the first appointment to perform a comprehensive evaluation and explore different noninvasive therapies.
Our multidisciplinary team includes physiatrists who are extensively trained in interventional spine procedures to treat pain and disability, and physical therapists who have specialized interest and training in maintaining or regaining spine health.
If conservative options do not relieve your pain, you may be referred to a spine surgeon. Our surgical care team includes neurosurgeons and orthopaedic surgeons who have advanced training and experience in all aspects of spine health.
This surgical care is augmented by a highly trained team of advanced practice providers who are involved in your care from your first surgical visit until your pain is relieved and quality of life is restored.
Leaders in Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery
We use a conservative treatment approach whenever possible. If non-operative treatment is not effective at reducing pain, our surgeons may recommend spine surgery.
Our neurosurgeons and orthopaedic surgeons use the least intrusive surgical approaches to preserve back muscles and the natural body mechanics of the spine. They use the smallest incisions possible, so that you have less pain, a shorter recovery time and improved outcomes.
Our physicians perform more than 1,000 surgeries each year to treat back and neck disorders like scoliosis, spinal stenosis, disk problems, spine tumors and spinal deformities. Innovators in the field, they have developed several leading, minimally invasive surgical techniques used worldwide, including posterior and transforaminal lumbar interbody spinal fusions (PLIF and TLIF).
