We have all heard that salmon is one of the healthiest dishes that we can enjoy but sometimes the challenge is finding creative ways to prepare it. Attendees of this month’s AgingWell will be treated to a hands-on demonstration by Valentin Bello, Executive Chef of River Birch Lodge on an innovative method to prepare one of their signature weekend dishes- Crab & Shrimp Stuffed Salmon, complete with a Loaded Baked Potato and sauteed Broccolini.
