Heart and Brain Health, Healthy Cooking, and Creating a Pollinator Garden

Attendees of this month’s AgingWell will hear from Tim Hughes, PhD, Associate Professor, Gerontology and Geriatrics, Internal Medicine with Wake Forest University School of Medicine. In this program Dr. Hughes shares the insights he has learned from his research in his presentation, “Heart Health = Brain Health”.
