Biography

Dr. John Aguilar is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and brain injury medicine. He specializes in traumatic brain injuries and spasticity.

He is an assistant professor in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Rehabilitation at Wake Forest University School of Medicine.

Dr. Aguilar received his medical degree at East Carolina University, where he also completed residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation. He completed a fellowship in neurorehabilitation at Wake Forest Baptist Health.
