Biography

I am a bilingual licensed clinical psychologist/health services provider in the state of North Carolina. My main clinical and research interest include cultural competencies, improving health and access to services for minority populations (e.g. Hispanics), fight stigma and improving quality of life and support for pediatric population and families facing the impact of medical illness. I specialize in a number of evidenced based psychotherapies modalities (e.g. CBT, Mindfulness, SFBT, etc.) to address multiple medical and emotional challenges. I am also passionate about teaching and mentoring.
