Biography

I am board-certified in Family Medicine and I love being a primary care physician to whole families and people of all ages. I have a holistic, person-centered approach to patient care. I will partner with you to find a plan that best fits your needs in the prevention and treatment of disease. As an osteopathic physician, I offer hands-on techniques called osteopathic manipulative treatments to facilitate wellness and improve symptoms of disease.  
 
The health and wellbeing of individuals who identify as sexual and/or gender minorities is deeply important to me. I am trained in gender affirming care and the health disparities facing the LGBTQ+ community. 
 
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two young children, and snuggling with my dog while catching up on the latest fantasy/sci-fi TV series. I was raised in High Point and have strong family ties to this community. I am proud to follow in my father’s footsteps into the field of medicine. He always says it is the best job in the world, and I whole heartedly agree.
