Biography

I am a Family Physician and enjoy caring for patients in clinic and in the hospital. I also enjoy working with medical students and residents and you may occasionally see learners rotating through my clinic. I studied Economics at Davidson College while playing soccer. After a few years working in finance, I decided to pursue a career in medicine. I went to Wake Forest School of Medicine and did my family medicine residency at Wake Forest Baptist Health where I served as chief resident. My husband, Nick, and I enjoy traveling, eating new foods and spending time with our two sons, Colin and Jacob.
