Biography

Dr. Richard Kazibwe is board certified in internal medicine. He focuses on hospital and general internal medicine.

He is a clinical assistant professor of hospital medicine at Wake Forest University School of Medicine.

His research interests include biomarkers, cardiology, preventive cardiology, cardiovascular epidemiology, internal medicine and lifestyle interventions, including interventions to prevent cognitive impairment.

Dr. Kazibwe received a master’s degree in clinical research at Wake Forest University and his medical degree at Makerere University in Kampala, Uganda. He completed residency in internal medicine at Cone Health.
