Biography

Dr. Klionsky is board certified in internal medicine and rheumatology (inflammatory or infectious joint and musculoskeletal conditions).
She is a clinical assistant professor of rheumatology and immunology at Wake Forest University School of Medicine. Dr. Klionsky enjoys all aspects of rheumatology and is committed to staying on the cutting edge of clinical research and innovation. She holds clinics dedicated to her interest in crystal arthropathies (gout) and immune adverse-related events in cancer treatments.
Dr. Klionsky received her undergraduate degree from Carnegie Mellon University and her medical degree at The Ruth and Bruce Rappaport Faculty of Medicine in Haifa, Israel.
She completed residency in internal medicine at Case Western Reserve University and a fellowship in rheumatology at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.
When she's not working, Dr. Klionsky enjoys traveling, swimming, spinning and spending time outdoors. She enjoys art and proudly displays her paintings, ceramics and glass pieces.
