I received my Masters of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2021 and my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Savannah College of Art and Design in 2003. Prior to entering the field of clinical social work, I worked as a designer and website developer in the marketing and advertising industry. From 2019-2021, I served as the Anderson Endowment Social Work Intern with the MCP where I gained valuable experience providing individual and group therapy services to people living with dementia and their care partners. My post-graduate clinical focus has been on providing mental health services for adults with an emphasis on grief and loss. I enjoy volunteering and often share my time and talents with Arts for Life who provides art programming to pediatric cancer patients at hospitals throughout North Carolina.
