Biography

Dr. Michael McCormack is board certified in medical oncology and hematology (cancer and blood disorders), with clinical interests in gastrointestinal and genitourinary (genital or urinary) oncology.

Dr. McCormack received his medical degree at Tulane University. He completed residency in internal medicine at Temple University and a fellowship in hematology-oncology at Cooper University Hospital.

Outside of his primary clinical role, he has a passion for medical education and enrollment in clinical trials.

Dr. McCormack is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing golf. He and his wife, Lauren, who is a minimally invasive and bariatric surgeon at Wake Forest University, enjoy spending time at local parks with their dogs, Charlie and Cooper.
