Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla soy milk
- 2 scoops Nectar Vanilla Torte protein powder
- 2 oz no sugar added strained carrots baby food
- 2 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tbsp. sugar free vanilla syrup
- 2 tbsp. walnuts, chopped
Instructions
Mix syrup, baby food, and cream cheese together using a hand mixer. Mix together soy milk and protein powder then add cream cheese/carrot mixture and use hand mixer to blend until smooth. Pour into ice cream maker. Follow your machine’s instructions for freezing. 5 minutes before done, add the walnuts. You can eat it right away (soft serve texture) or place in the freezer in a Tupperware container for an hour or so.
