Ingredients
- 8 oz. lemon yogurt, fat-free
- ¼ cup sour cream, fat-free
- 2 cups honeydew melon, diced
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh
- 4 each mint sprigs
Instructions
- Combine yogurt and sour cream in a small bowl.
- Layer 1/2 cup honeydew and 1/4 cup blueberries in each of four 8 oz. glasses. Top with yogurt mixture.
- Garnish with mint sprig.
