Ingredients
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 cup diced papaya
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 mango, peeled and diced
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. clover honey
- 1 cup 1% low fat cottage cheese, no salt added
Instructions
- Throw all ingredients into a blender, add 2 scoops of your favorite vanilla whey protein powder, 10 ounces of fat free milk, and a couple of ice cubes, then blend until smooth.
