Ingredients
- 1/3 cup old fashioned oats
 - 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
 - 1/3 almond milk
 - ½ tsp cinnamon
 - ¼ tsp nutmeg
 - 1 tsp maple syrup
 - ½ banana sliced
 - ¼ cup chopped pecans
 
Instructions
- Layer all ingredients except bananas and pecans into a mason jar.
 - Stir well, cover, and refrigerate for 5 hours or overnight.
 - Take out of the refrigerator and stir again, then sprinkle banana and pecan pieces on top just before serving.
