Ingredients
- 6 ounce can tuna, drained (packed in water)
- 1 cup chopped fresh apple
- 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
- 2 whole-grain pita, halved or large lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Combine first 7 ingredients (through pepper) in a small bowl. Toss gently.
- Serve in pita halves or lettuce leaf.
