Pay My Bill

At Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist, we are committed to providing safe, high quality, affordable health care. This includes prompt, transparent and respectful billing services.

Patient bills are due by the date listed on your billing statement. Thank you for your timely attention to this. 

We accept major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express), debit cards, flex spending cards, money orders, cash and personal checks. Please do not mail cash.

We're improving our billing process and making your statement easier to understand and pay. This won't happen all at once. As we move to our new process, you may need to pay your bill(s) differently.

  • Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist patients have been receiving paper statements in the mail for dates of service before March 2, 2024.
  • Your billing statement has a new look. Instead of receiving separate statements from Wake Forest Baptist, patients now receive one billing statement from Atrium Health.
  • MyAtriumHealth is your new patient portal. Patients can simply log in with their same myWakeHealth username and password. Learn more.
  • For your convenience, all billing statements in MyAtriumHealth will be paperless, unless you choose to opt out. If you do not have a MyAtriumHealth account, more information about how to enroll in paperless billing will be included in future statements.
  • On June 30, 2024, the myWakeHealth patient portal will retire. You will still have access to all of your health information and can make appointments, message your doctors and more through MyAtriumHealth.
  • To pay any bills for dates of service before March 2, 2024, use Pay as Guest below or pay by mail or phone. See details below.
  • To pay bills for dates of service on or after March 2, 2024, please pay through MyAtriumHealth or by mail or phone.
