The residency year is composed of 32 weeks of required experiences and 16 weeks of elective learning experiences. Flexibility allows residents to tailor their experiences to meet their individual career goals. Most learning experiences are 4 weeks in duration but some electives are 2 weeks. Residents are also evaluated longitudinally on some experiences, including Projects, Presentations, Antimicrobial Stewardship Management, and Professional Practice Experience.
