High Point Regional Health Foundation invites you to join us for the relaunch of our annual Warren Rives Heart to Heart 5K, benefitting the Heart Strides Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist High Point Medical Center.
