Care Tower Construction

Parking Deck B is permanently closed as we make way for our new building. Patients and visitors should use Parking Decks A and C.

Please allow at least 30 extra minutes to park and get to your destination.

Where You Should Park

Use Deck A for Janeway Tower, Reynolds Tower and Sticht Center.
- Use the entrances and exits to Deck A either from Medical Center Boulevard or by the circular drive near the main Medical Center entrance.
- Follow signage to walk to the main Medical Center entrance or the Sticht Center entrance to use the shuttle service.
Use Deck C for Surgical Services, Ardmore Tower, Brenner Children’s, Comprehensive Cancer Center and North Tower.
- Use the entrance and exit to Deck C from Cloverdale Avenue, and walk through the pedestrian bridge that connects Deck C to the Comprehensive Cancer Center.
- Follow signs through the Cancer Center to your appropriate location.

Parking fees/valet

Parking is free for patients and visitors during construction. When you exit the deck, please present your visitor decal (provided at check in) and your parking ticket to the attendant to receive free parking.
Valet service is $10 and is available at the North Tower main entrance, the Comprehensive Cancer Center and the Sticht Center.

Golf carts/shuttle (Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm)

Golf carts are available in Decks A and C to help people with mobility issues.
A free shuttle service is available, between Sticht Center, the Cancer Center and the North Tower main entrance.

Patient drop-off

Reynolds Tower, Ardmore Tower, The Birth Center and Janeway Tower in the circular drive at the main Medical Center entrance

This free app is available that provides maps and turn-by-turn directions through the Medical Center.
